I missed the production cut off time but I need it tomorrow still can you help me?

Can I have my order delivered on Saturday?

Yes, most areas Saturday delivery is available. Please call to confirm. 1-800-774-4313

How soon can I recieve my order?

Most areas have 10AM next day delivery available. Please review our shipping & delivery schedule for information on weekend & holiday delivery times or call customer service to see if First Overnight shipping is available in your area. 1-800-774-4313

I placed an order but did not receive and email confirmation or my tracking. How do I retrieve that?

First, check your spam email for a notification. Then call an agent & we will locate your tracking infomation. 1-800-774-4313

I entered a coupon code. Why wasn't my discount applied?

Coupon codes may have order amount restrictions or product type restrictions. See our discounts page for more information.

Is my credit card information saved on the site?

No. We take no risks with your information. Google shopping has approved the security of our site.

Design Questions

Does FuneralPrints print over sized programs?

Yes, we can print any size! Call and have a designer assist you with your needs.

What size are prayer cards?

Prayer cards are 2.5" x 4.25".

Can I create a custom bookmark on both sides instead of using your template?

Yes, however a member of our design team will need to help you. Please call 1-800-774-4313.

What type of paper is my funeral program & prayer card printed on?

We use Premium 100# Gloss text for programs & Premium 120# Gloss cover for prayer cards! No flimsy copy paper here. Learn more about our paper types and finishes →

What is Velvet touch lamination?

Velvet touch is our most popular finish. It protects your cards, while giving them a soft feel that can only be described as velvet. See other paper types and finishes →

Can I get my cards laminated but no round corners?

I need design help. Where do I send my customer design information?

Email your information to support@funeralprints.com. Please include your order number.

What photo size/resolution should I use for my project?

For most memorial products, a standard smart phone photo is perfect. If you are scanning printed photos, choose scanner resolution 300 DPI/PPI or take a photo of the photo with a smart phone. Due to the print size, single photo posters and memorial blankets require larger or higher resolution images. Our professional design team can help with photo enhancement.

What is photo enhancement?

Do I get to review my order before it’s printed?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, with optional emailed proofs upon request. Same-day turnaround is available when proofs are approved by noon. Read about our Proofing Process →

Do you proofread and fix spelling errors on the orders?

It is up to the customer to proof their products. However, if we see something that looks odd we will call you to verify the information.
